Why Just Sell Promo? When They Need So Much More!
Our representatives have a complete toolbox of products and solutions to support their clients who want to purchase more than just promo and print.
Our representatives are free to sell what they are comfortable with. We provide training to gain necessary skills to unleash your true potential.
We do protect clients for our sales representatives. We lock down a client to a representative if they have sold to that client in the last 12 months. For clients in current contracts, we lock to the length of the contract plus 12 months. If the client has multiple divisions, we protect by the division on a case-by-case basis.
We do have sales minimums margins for commissionable sales. These are currently at 30% for all commission sales for invoices paid in 30 days from invoice date. Any payables that fall outside of this date are reduced by length of payable timeframe.
Yes, and we have a 2% match for our employees that enroll in our 401K program.
Commissions are paid twice a month via EFT to your bank account.
